About Me
Here I am, blogging. Who would have thunk it. 
Well, a little about me. I am 29 years old. I’m single; but dating a very wonderful guy these days! Today I am unemployed…next week I will have a job working for a local christian ministry. For the last six months, I have been unemployed, working for an agricultural sales company, and unemployed again. I had been working for a church as a ministry assistant working with young adults. I have a heart to see young people’s lives effected by the love of Christ. After four years of being on staff, and ten total years of attending this church, I felt it was time to leave and move on to “the more” that God has for me…not knowing fully (even now) what that is or looks like, just knowing God said it was time to go.
Previously, I had written “God has opened doors to me through this opportunity that I never would have expected to be opened” in regard to the opportunity to work with young adults. And leaving the position and furthering God’s call for me outside of that venue is also something that was afforded to me due to the opportunity. For this I am VERY greatful!
I STILL live in a small two-bedroom apartment that I absolutely love. Its home! I drive a Chevy Cavillier that is now and has been paid off for awhile. I have school loans that are STILL in a very slow process of being repaid. I’m pretty much your basic late-twenties kid. I often refer to myself as a simple girl living for God.
I have been an aunt for 2 and a half years now, and have another one on the way, due in August! So soon I will be an aunt two times over!

Hello! I have been recently reading your blog. Let me tell you, that I can relate to so much of what you express. So, thank you for doing what you are doing! You are going a wonderful job…and I hope that you continue to write.
On a side note…I am very interested in Thirsty. I was planning on attending this evening but due to lack of sleep lately I passed out after fieldwork today. I am looking foward to next week. Now, I don’t know if you talk about Thirsty sessions on here…but I would enjoy knowing how the night went.
